Shipping Times

In most cases, orders are processed to be shipped within 72 hours of you placing your order. (ET).

Please keep in mind that some packages may come from overseas and there could be extended delivery times. We appreciate your business as well as your patience. We keep prices as low as possible and Always offer free shipping to compensate for extended delivery times.

International Shipping Information

Unlike many online stores, WILL ship to other countries, for free. 

We are not responsible for any duties, customs, or taxes for orders shipped outside the United States. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.

Again, please be aware that you may experience extended delivery times.

Back-ordered Items & Shipping Policies

If one of your items is back ordered, it will be shipped separately on a later date via standard shipping and you will not be charged extra. We cannot ship free or back ordered items by express mail. This is noted in your Order Status online. If you choose an express delivery option (IF IT IS OFFERED) and none of the items in your order was shipped via that method, then we will refund you the difference.

Return shipping from anywhere in the United States. Buyer pays return shipping. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (unless an extended warranty applies) – no catches or exceptions! Clothing returns must be unworn, unwashed, with the original tags attached (including the security tag, if applicable) and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. To start your return, contact us. If you have received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us directly.

Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.


You also have the option to exchange an eligible item instead of returning it for a refund. You may be able to process an exchange yourself for certain eligible items in your account. If an item is eligible, you will see an option in your order under your account to select an item to exchange, and will be provided the instructions and terms that apply to your exchange. If an exchange option is not available in your account, you can contact us to initiate your exchange. Please note that if you process an exchange yourself, as noted below, there may be up to a 1 hour waiting period before you can request to exchange another item from an order.

If we do not receive the original item back within 14 days, will charge your original payment method or default payment method (if original method is unavailable) for the cost of the item. However, if the replacement item is subsequently returned, will issue the refund for the full amount (minus any shipping charges from the original order).
